EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Exchange Policy
If you’ve received a defective, damaged, or unsuitable item, we offer easy exchanges.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

You can choose to replace it with the same item or any other item of your choice from website only.

Depending on your location, the exchange delivery time may vary.
Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Seaka. However, if something doesn't feel right, we’re here to help.

You can initiate a return request within 5 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, box, and any freebies received.
Note: We do not accept returns on items purchased during promotions, contests, clearance sales, or part of combo/gift boxes.
Refund

Once your return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process and credit your refund within 7 to 10 working days.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking).

For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked for your bank details, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your original delivery address.

If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, we’ll request you to self-ship via India Post, and reimburse shipping charges up to ₹70.

In case shipping exceeds ₹70, the balance amount will be adjusted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete order, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by following the steps below:

Record a 360° unboxing video of the sealed parcel (before opening).

Clearly show the product, tags, and packaging in the video.

Share the video and images by clicking ‘Return’ under ‘My Orders’ on our website.
Without the required video proof, we may be unable to process your return/exchange request.

Return/exchange is processed at the order level only, not per product.

For missing items in returns, Seaka reserves the right to deduct the MRP of the missing product from your refund, including free gifts.

If you're unavailable during reverse pick-up, the courier may cancel the pickup and the process will have to be re-initiated.

If your pincode is not reverse-serviceable, you are responsible for returning the item. We’ll reimburse up to ₹70 upon successful return.
